Stourbridge Antique Lead Glass DecanterThis is a mid to late 19th century, hand blown, lead glass decanter with a compressed ovoid body. Cut with two bands of oval facets, the narrow tapering neck cut with hexagonal facets, with a bubble facetted stopper. Silver plated bottle tag. Circa 1860 to 1880. In excellent, antique condition. A lot smaller than I was expecting.. BUT my dog doesn’t mind at all. She seriously loves this thing. It goes flat fairly quickly, but that’s what happens with all of her soccer balls, no matter the size. She’s a pitbul catahoula mix and has a strong bite. Considering my dogs chewing abilities, I’m fairly impressed by the durability of the ball, though she chewed through all but one of the rope handles in about 2 seconds. All that said, it’s one of her favorite toys(she’s 13 years old)
