Good tasting toothpaste that cleans my teeth well. It seems to have a tiny bit of grit to it to help remove stains on your teeth. The tube is quite small. So, you do not get a lot of toothpaste. But a little goes a long way. I think that it did make my teeth a bit whiter. I did not have any sensitivity to it at all.

This toothpaste actually removed Matcha Green Tea stains that were between my teeth and other tight areas my hygienist couldn't get into.
