Sorbo Artefacto Vessel #06Dimensions: 2. 5" H x 3. 4" L (opening) Sorbo Artefacto is a project by Puerto Rican artist Manuel Mendoza Snchez, stemming from his experimentation with local clay. The small format of the cup allows him to push the limits of the clays he harvests, each one unique and requiring particular attention and care. By adding imported clay when necessary, the cup enables him to create durable blends that he can later apply to his larger works, such as vases.
