Barrel Aged Balsamico - 17 ozIn Reggio Emilia, Italy, we embarked on a passion project to create a condimento "balsamico" that would complement the renowned tradizionale balsamic that is highly regarded throughout the world. We are delighted to share what we love! Bottega Ditalia Balsamico starts with grape must "mosto cotto", that is cooked over a direct flame until concentrated by half, then left to ferment naturally for up to three weeks and aged for 3 6 months in oak barrels.

Attractive shelves and good illumination, but must be turned on and off manually and individually. Not spaced to secure to studs so gigantic anchors are provided but nothing to hide or secure the AAA battery power supply required for each shelf. No ability to dim and no remote on these units at this price point but I will find a place for these shelves which are attractive and good value if you aren’t as reluctant as me to put heavy things on them or as lazy as me.
